Who?

All of the images on the site were taken by me - Tom Donaghey. I live and work in Cambridge, UK. All of the gallery images are available for sale via the Paypal "Pay Now" facility. The images in the scrapbook are also for sale but you will have to use the contact form to request prices etc. If you wish to purchase images for commercial use or in formats not listed please use the contact form to discuss. I will try to accommodate any request, in a reasonable time and at a reasonable cost.

Where?

My main photographic interest is Black and White Landscapes, I search strong compositional scenes with complex stormy lighting. Therefore the majority of my images are taken in the more rugged parts of the country (Lake District / Wales / Scotland if I ever get that far north!!). However there are images from all over the UK, including the flats of Cambridge (where I live).

Why?

The total thrill of capturing unique images. The feeling of success in capturing technically difficult images. Being out in the wilds as part of what I'm shooting.

all of the above....     but more than that, It's in my blood, its what I do and what I want to do. It ties together my need to be out in the wilds with my love of technical knowledge and competence. In the exhibitions and sales I have done the feed back has been phenomenal, which has been great. But if I never displayed another image it wouldn't matter. I'd still be out making them.

Where have all the images gone?

I took a long hard look at the images displayed on the old site and decided it was time to thin it down to my favourite images. All others are available in the scrap book
